The health and well-being of our clients, employees, and community is a top priority. As of April 19th, 2021, our clinic is back open for problem skin, all facials, peels and facial waxing, except the nose. Our skincare boutique is also back open. You can stop in anytime during our open business hours. Product can be ordered online for shipping or in-store pickup or by calling us.
WHen YOU VISIT HERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT
With the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to advise you of steps, beyond CDC measures, we are taking to ensure the health and safety of everyone. We feel with the measures we have put in place, clients who are healthy will be well cared for, protected and safe. We do feel if you fall in what is considered the COVID-19 High Risk Group that you should follow CDC guidelines and not book any appointments with us during the pandemic. High risk includes the elderly and people of all ages who have severe underlying health conditions. Examples of these conditions include heart disease, lung disease, diabetes and auto-immune conditions.
Appointment Arrival & Screening:
Clients receive email reminders the day before their appointment about our appointment screening and Covid-19 policies.
Upon arrival to our clinic or boutique, all clients will be screened prior to entering.
Clients who are accompanied by a parent or guardian, please see our new appointment policies and protocols below and in your reminder email.
Clients are required to wear a mask while entering, in the store and leaving and when not in a treatment or facial that requires removal of mask. This is for the safety of our staff and other clients visiting us. It reduces the airborne transmission of this highly contagious virus in a closed space. This is for the safety of all and a regulation requirement.
Clients should not show symptoms of COVID-19,
Clients should not have been in close contact with a person who has COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
Clients should not be awaiting a COVID-19 test result.
New Treatment Room Policies & Protocols:
As of June 1st, 2020 only the client will be allowed in the treatment room with the exception of new client consultations and virtual off site appointments/calls. Parents, guardians or other persons accompanying clients will need to wait off premises or in our designated waiting area. If you choose to be off premises, we invite parents accompanying clients to walk them up to the door at appointment time and meet us at the end of the appointment for a summary.
This is for your child's safety. Most appointments require clients to remove their mask and be in close proximity to us. By limiting the amount of people in our space and in the treatment room daily (we have lots of appointments per day) and controlling appointments to one-on-one we reduce transmission and can remain confident of a safe environment. We are in the wellness business. We want the best for our clients!
We are really good with young clients and guide them through the appointment, keep them safe and get them communicating with us. We find they are really good communicators on their own when given the chance. We are also more than happy to speak with you on the phone. If you have any concerns about this, we are more than happy to change your appointment to a virtual call during this pandemic, where you can be in on the appointment. Please call our office if you feel this is needed and let us know. Thank you all for your understanding with these new policies.
Sanitation: Each room and all common areas that are high touch areas (including, but not limited to door knobs, counters, faucets, computers, cabinets, equipment, light switches, etc.) are cleaned and sanitized between appointments. We have allowed extra time for this between appointments. We use CDC approved, EPA registered, anti-viral, anti-bacterial disinfectant wipes on all surfaces. UV light wands are used between clients and at the end of the day that kill both bacteria and viruses living on surfaces. Bedding is changed between clients and cleaned on the hottest temperature setting. We use disposable paper on the top of the bed. We also have air purifiers at full strength in each room and common areas to help with airborne spread.
Employee Screening & Safety: Employees take their temperature before work and also when first entering. Our esthetics staff wears masks and protective eyewear and/or face shields during all appointments. These can not be removed. Hands are washed in-between clients and new gloves and other disposable attire are replaced with new attire.
Appointment Booking: Clients can book appointments via phone or online via our desktop or APP available in the Apple App Store. When calling, please allow a bit of time to get back. We currently are operating with a limited staff. When booking online or via our APP, please be aware that last minute cancellations under 24hrs must call us.
Product Purchasing / Pickup / Shipping: As of April 19th, 2021, our skincare boutique is back open. Products can be purchased in-person during our business hours or can be ordered online or by calling our office. We offer in-store pickup and shipping.
