APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Booking is available online, via our APP in the Apple App Store or by calling.

Late Arrival Appointments: After 15 mins, you may not be seen.

Late Cancellations: We appreciate 24 hour notification, when possible, to fill your appointment.

No-Show Appointments: A no-show is someone that does not show up for their appointment and gives us no notification by phone or text. AFTER 2 NO-SHOW'S within one year, we will require you to call and give full payment ahead of any appointment. Chronic no-show's impact our business.
